Standard Shipping

Sydney Safes uses specialised service for residential deliveries, featuring trucks with tilt trays (Tail-Lift) and trained drivers for heavy loads. These services generally handles items over 30 kilograms, like pallets and larger goods needing tailgate or lifting equipment. Drivers do not assist with packaging or unpacking and only deliver items to a ground floor location. For deliveries involving steps or stairs, or other requests, please contact us.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday - Friday. Transit times typically range between 2-4 days. Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.

Special Shipping Requirements

For goods that require special handling or expedited delivery, you must contact our customer service team to arrange for these services. Additional charges may apply for special shipping requirements.

Insurance

To ensure the safety of your goods during transit, we purchase insurance on all shipments. This insurance only covers the value of the goods shipped. The cost of the insurance is included at no extra charge.

Tracking and Delivery

Once the goods have been dispatched, we will provide the buyer with a tracking number and details on how to monitor the shipment's progress. The buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment and ensuring that there is someone available to receive the delivery at the designated address.

Delivery Issues

In the event of any delivery issues, such as lost or delayed shipments,  you should contact the carrier directly to resolve the matter before contacting us.
